things change

So has my take on Arcade Fire’s new album “Neon Bible“. Over the weeks, I’ve been giving it sweet little listens at a time, weening myself to eventually complete the album.
From the listens, I’ve realized the album is quite deep, very unlike the music I’ve been posting lately. (which is pretty shallow, like me!) anyway, it’s a good thing.
Win Butler definitely explores more of his vocals in this album compared to their previous, “Funeral”. Hearing more of his vocals adds considerably to the atmosphere and feel. There are a lot of what I call “gem” tracks on this album, so be aware! Aside from MSTRKRFT and Of Montreal, Arcade Fire might be the only other thing in Canada worth acknowledging. JK! HA! insightful time is over. now go listen to it!
first track off the album is a gem, Black Mirror:
now back to our regular, shallow, electro, remix programming.
ps: read on for a bonus track.
