Modern Hip-Hop/RnB/Black People music (no racist) for the most part sucks except for R. Kelly (crazy motherfucker) and Gucci (still doing his thing from jail wordup),
Country was saved by Carrie Underwood (luv u babes),
Pop music will always be amazing [sup @taylorswift13 (love u lanky ass bitch) @selenagomez (+ her whole baby-disney crew omgzz luv u) @katyperry (xoxo) @ladygaga (love u crazy ass bitch/bro).]

Now back in unicorn fairy blog music land, here’s something from blog-decades ago. Pilooski does his thing on Jarvis Cocker’s “Discosong”. In this case, Pilooski’s ‘thing’ means making something sound better no matter how good it already is.

That said, it’s truly a joy going through my inbox and listening to all the rough poorly composed shit people send me because you know what? Whether it be a single lick, a nice sample, killer drums –there’s at least ONE genuinely good thing in all of them.
