House, Disco Funk, Filter Disco, Funk Sauce, Discotown, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. If it’s good music, it’s good music. Fuck your genre.

That said, I haven’t really been enjoying Fake Blood’s remixes lately and was extremely glad to have left his Fix Your Accent EP in the cd player of my car, just waiting to be rediscovered. FUCK YEAHHHH FEELIN’ IT!!!! His original production level has really taken a step forward and it shows immeasurably on this EP. Cheers to you.

The track has pipe organs, claves, cowbells, disco strings, and mysteriously pitched arabesque sampled vocals still making me think of vintage bombay cinema (totes awesome). Can someone cut this track into a Bollywood flick?

Anyway, it came out in September so if you missed it the first time around, make sure you snatch it from Beatport. The whole EP is good, and it better be because it’s only 3 tracks.
